The facility
We designed Sunshine Storage around one idea: you should be able to get your boat or RV in and out easily, any time you need it.
The yard is fully fenced with a secure coded gate. Only tenants get the code, so only tenants get in.
Your stall is yours. No jockeying for space — you know exactly where your vehicle is and so does nobody else.
No annual lock-in. Rent when you need it, leave with 15 days written notice. Storage on your schedule.
The gate is set well back from the street, so you can get your rig fully off the road before you open up. No blocking traffic.
